ZPanel is in no way a GNU open-source project. The source code contained in the ZPanel files are not to be altered and redistributed without written permission from ZPanel staff.

Themes or templates may be developed and shared freely as long as the ZPanel copyright is maintained within clear sight on every page.

If Zee-Way Services, the creators of ZPanel, feel that the hoster is using this script in any way that it wasn't designed for they may terminate this license without warning.

This license may be changed by the RapidCP Group at any time.
